Cancellation Charges

Should the number of golfers be reduced less than 5 days before your golf day, a cancellation charge of £20 per person will apply. Please  read the Terms & Conditions of your booking.

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the full deposit, until this is received the booking is not confirmed.

Payment can be made either by card or cheque. Cheques can be sent via the post and should be made payable to: Hatfield London Country Club Ltd.  Card payments can be made over the telephone by ringing 01707 260360
